A summer ball, what better thing can be there be? And among fellow Janeites and scholars of Austen’s works!
The Jane Austen Summer Program at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill is just the thing for those who want some intensive academic time but would also like to show off their Regency finest.
The summer program is slated for June 20-23 on the theme of “Pride & Prejudice and Its Afterlives.”
There will be classroom discussion, dancing lessons, hair and reticule lessons, as well as plenty of conversation and tea! And of course the program wouldn’t be complete without a ball on Saturday evening!
Don’t miss this opportunity to be among the Janeites! For more information, see the JASP website.
